Once you’re happy with the design and estimate, we’ll finalise your house plans. You’ll have the opportunity to select finishes and materials you love.
We’ll handle obtaining building consent from the council, including resource consent if needed. Meanwhile, you’ll review and sign a fixed-price contract for peace of mind.
While your plans are being approved, choose the colours and finishes that will bring your dream home to life.
Construction begins after receiving council approval. We’ll provide a start date, timeline, and regular meetings with your dedicated Project Manager to keep you informed.
Upon completion, we’ll invite you for a final walk-through before handing over the keys and all necessary information packs.
